In 1995 we lost someone who shouldn't have left us so soon, Sims Ellison. I first met Sims when he was a teenager, when his band, Pariah, was just getting rolling. I thought he was a talented, intelligent, handsome young man who had everything going for him. His death touched something in me at a time when I was fed up with the music business (although not artists), so I looked for something more tangible to do for a while. When the opportunity to work on the Z-Lift came about, I detoured. So that's why there's a link to this page from mine. But enough about me - - from Sims' tragedy came a worthwhile endeavor that has helped many wonderful people:

The SIMS Foundation is something you should know about and support. I'll have more to say later but for now go to this link: SIMS Foundation. Do what you can to help those whose art helps us.
